Adjustments on the Visiting Visa and Residence Permit Applications

Dear colleagues,
We have been informed by Entry and Exit Administration Office of the Zhuhai Public Security Bureau that the Administrative Regulations of Entry and Exit of Aliens was issued on July 22nd, 2013 and will be effective on September 1st, 2013. Therefore, some adjustments have been made on the Visiting Visa and Residence Permit applications since September 1st, 2013. Detailed changes are shown as follows:
1. The standard processing time of new applications of Visiting Visa and Residence Permit is respectively 7 and 15 working days;
2. The extension of Visiting Visa shall be applied 7 working days before the expiring date, and the extension of Residence Permit shall be applied 30 days before the expiring date;
3. Express delivery service is available at the counter of application if needed. The cost is about RMB18 per certificate.
