Notice for the Trip to Guangxi Province

Dear International Students:
        In order to enrich the part-time activities for international students on the Guangzhou South & North Campuses ,Zhuhai Campus and East Campus in the coming winter holiday, we are going to organize a trip to Guilin City and Yangshuo City of Guangxi Province. We warmly welcome international students to this activity. Here are the following arrangements:
I Time: January 17-19, 2009.
II The Specific Arrangements:
January 17 (Sat.), 2009
Departure: In the morning (the Specific time will be announced in another notice).
        Gathering Place: In front of the School of Foreign Languages.
We will take the plane to Guiling City in the morning.
In the afternoon, we will have a sightseeing in the Guilin City and then go to Yangshuo City by bus.
Accommodation: At the hotel in Yangshuo City.
January 18 (Sun.), 2009
        In the morning, we will cruise the famous Li River (Lijiang) by boat.
        In the afternoon, we will visit the Yinzi Rock (Silver Rock).
        In the evening, we will go to visit the Yangren Street (Foreigers’ Street) of your own accord and have dinner on your own.
Accommodation: At the hotel in Yangshuo City.
January 19 (Mon.), 2009
In the morning, we will take the bus to go back to Guilin City and pay a visit to several famous senic spots in Guilin City in the daytime.
In the evening, we will take the plane to return to Guangzhou and finish our pleasant journey.
III Expenses
        a. Full Chinese Government Scholarship Students and Full Scholarship Exchanged Students: RMB300/per person 
        b. Self-funded Students (including those partial scholarship and exchanged students: RMB1,780/per person
Ⅳ Remarks:
        a. We entrust the travel agency to organize the journey and they charge each person RMB1,780 for the traveling expenses. We will make up for the insufficient parts.
        b. The participants will have to hand in the money in line with the price mentioned above. If he or she changes his or her mind and not to take part in the journey after registration, the funds will be non-refundable.
        c. While doing your registration, please provide us with your Chinese name, passport name, passport number, mobile number and home address.
        d. Please take with you the passports and Student ID cards while traveling.
        e. The meals will be covered by the travel agency, except for the dinner of February 18th.
